This Men Circle gathering is an opportunity to explore how to live and share your life energy as a man from a space of truth and courage with loving awareness. The methods used during the workshop aim to open and support men on the path of conscious manhood, in relationship with themselves, with others and with life itself.
You are invited to be part of an experiential day of self inquiry about “Who AM I” and “Where am I Going”. It is an invitation to discover, strengthen and nourish the different aspects of the masculine and of what it is for you to be a man who nourishes and cultivates his specific unique energy and qualities in order to live more harmoniously, to fertilize and enrich yourself, your dear ones and the world with your way of being and living life in all its aspects.
Our parents, teachers, politicians, etc are telling us what a man should be, what are his duties, responsibilities, how to behave and act as a ‘responsible’ man. But what about ourselves? What are we telling to ourselves? Are we listening to our inner call as a man?
Do we want to be the masters of our life or to live others’ life?...
In his men circles Jivan creates an honest joyful space where you can connect to, listen to and trust yourself and other men. Where you rediscover and empower a new trust in yourself, in your inner guide and the power of brotherhood.

Jivan was born in Portugal in 1960. He studied International Economy, worked as an entrepreneur, manager and as business and human resources consultant for international companies for many years.
Jivan explored and lived different aspects of life as a man, having been a father, a lover, a husband, a sports man, a business man, a political activist in his youth, an army instructor, a curious traveler and explorer, a meditator etc. His passion for a conscious life took him to unexpected lands, paths and life teachers, travelling, studying and exploring meditation, Tantra, awareness through movement, breathwork, bioenergetics, experiential therapy and shamanic journeys.
Together with Kiran, his life partner, he is organizing and leading self development and personal growth workshops since 2006.
Passionate to live and share life with a brave heart, with courage and integrity, in his sessions and workshops Jivan shares his life experience and knowledge, his passion for a conscious life lived with honesty, love and gratitude.
