- What do you love most about Breathing Yoga?

It gives me the opportunity to be fully alive here and now, no longer waiting for a future when I imagine myself perfect and happy. Attending a Yoga class is a YES I give to myself. Accepting my body, breath and emotions as they presently are opens an inner space and allows natural happiness to flow. This happiness is my real nature.

- It sounds so simple, yet something seems to constantly block me from experiencing this natural being and happiness? My minds says NO to my body and emotions all the time.

I would say what block us are Beliefs, Tension and Trauma.

Conscious Movement, Breathing and Meditation are 3 keys we can use to ease tension, free ourselves from paralyzing fear and renegotiate trauma. Thus we may return to effortlessly enjoying this unique experience of being alive.

Satyamayi Sabina
is a therapist (working with Breathing and Gestalt) and a Meditation and Yoga guide. She has experimentally explored nondual philosophy and worked extensively with trauma, depression and anxiety, skills that enrich her Yoga classes. Comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely.

WE PROVIDE yoga mats, blankets, cushions.

A revitalized body, a clear mind, self-respect, breathing techniques you can use in any situation to relax the mind and reduce stress, emotional hygiene exercises, compassion for yourself and others.
