We invite you to come together for a Dance & Meditation evening on Summer Solstice, to honor the SUN, the LIGHT and also honor the INNER FIRE within each one of us!
Summer Solstice celebrates the longest day of the year, a day that is believed to hold the greatest energy, prosperity, vitality and strength.

We will open the evening exploring awareness and expressing gratitude regarding living and being on this Earth, celebrating the gifts of our planet with a moving social meditation- Our Sacred Earth Meditation- a technique involving shaking, dancing and hugging...to warm up and energize our body-mind- soul!

There will be moments of music, meditation, silence, hugging, high energy, dancing or being silent together, riding the energy wave, sometimes high and sometimes soft, enjoying dancing with others or dancing by yourself.

It is a time of celebration, of honoring the light, our connection to the Sun and the Earth. Every culture has festivals to honor this day and our ancestors around the earth built numerous monuments to celebrate this time.

Join this special evening of meditation, music, dance, urban community gathering and celebration!

Dress code: WHITE Summer vibe; we invite you to wear (something) white for the dance celebration
*Bring light, comfortable clothes for the meditation (as we go to dance and shake our body) and change after for the dancing celebration*

*All are welcome to join this celebration party. All ages and abilities welcome. No dance experience required.
*No talking on the dance floor.
